COURSE BACKGROUND
Conflicts and disputes arise in various aspects of life—whether in business, government, legal settings, environmental management, or community relations. If left unresolved or mismanaged, conflicts can escalate into costly legal battles, workplace disruptions, strained relationships, or even violence. Effective dispute resolution and negotiation skills are essential to fostering cooperation, promoting fairness, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
The Dispute Resolution and Negotiation course offered by the Environmental Capacities and Sustainability (ECAS) Institute provides participants with the fundamental and advanced skills necessary to manage disputes constructively.
