Our main goal at ECAS is to continue to fill the KNOWLEDGE, DATA, CAPACITIES, POLICY and SKILL GAPS through targeted training in the environment space. With focus on emerging trends in the climate, energy and environment thematic areas.

Research
The research program seeks to bridge the gap and strengthen the nexus between research- policy- practices. We focus on specific themes and methodological issues such as assessments, and sustainability across such sectors as climate change, waste, agriculture, energy, forestry, water and blue economy, industry and circular economy, and chemicals and pollution.

Trainings
The training services department was set up to address the growing need due to the rapid changes in management and leadership trends in Kenya, the East African region and globally. Of great focus is: Across Kenya and the region, we teach, train, and coach individuals, groups, companies, businesses, and institutions about law, policy, procedures, strategists, and their roles in development and business growth.

Advisory & Mentorship
Our principle objective is to help individuals, organizations and other institutions remain relevant and competitive in the context of the dynamic business and development environment while the Mentorship and Innovation Programme consists of three key components: an innovation hub, capacity-building workshops, and coaching retreats.
