This course, “Small and Medium Enterprises and Nutrition: Upgrading Business Models”, is designed to help SMEs shift their business strategies to include nutrition-sensitive practices. The aim is to enhance SMEs’ contributions to sustainable and inclusive food systems by embedding nutrition-focused principles.
