E-Mobility Training

ABOUT THE COURSE

Electric vehicle drives are gaining ground in both hybrid and pure electric vehicles. Voltage peaks of up to 1,000 volts can occur in these drives. Therefore, it is crucial that technicians working in workshops or for automotive manufacturers know how to handle high-voltage systems safely.

TÜV SÜD take the demanding requirements of E-Mobility into account. Determining an individual’s exact training requirements is a complicated matter that depends on the qualification level and the activities each individual performs.

Depending on requirements and prior knowledge, we teach employees how to carry out non-electrical work on high-voltage systems safely, how to carry out electrical work in the deenergised state or the specific requirements for live working.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN FROM THE COURSE?

This course consists of 3 modules which you can register for as a bundle or separately.

The content is divided into three levels that cover non-electrical work, electrical work (disconnected) and live working:

Level 1: Sensitisation for Safe Work on Motor Vehicles with HV Systems (E-learning)

Level 2: Training as Qualified Electrician for HV Systems in Motor Vehicles

Level 3: Live Working for Qualified Electricans for HV Systems in Motor Vehicles

WHAT IS THE COURSE METHODOLOGY?

Level 1 course (e-learning) employs a variety of training tools such as digital learning, tests, and other interactive exercises to enhance delivery of theoretical knowledge. Easily accessible via your laptop, tablet and mobile phone, the course gives you the opportunity to log in and learn whenever, wherever.

Level 2 and 3 courses will provide participants with the opportunity to learn through lectures, case studies, group exercises and discussions.
